sootsim version
Show both independently versioned parts: the sootsim CLI package and the engine runtime rendered by the browser or desktop shell. The command also shows a repo-configured runtimeVersion, whether it is installed, the active channel, a newer-runtime hint, and the official changelog URL. The terse sootsim --version flag keeps the two-line script-friendly output.
